Buerhaven has a particularly attractive location in a popular residential area between Porsgrunn and Skien. The homes have a rural location and are surrounded by a beautiful and lush landscape. The entire project consists of four point houses, all four storeys high. There are open, green communal gardens between the buildings.

Attractive and central location
Buerhaven is located in a green and lush area on Buerflata, a 2-3 minute walk from Borgeåsen center. Here you live in Skien municipality, but are closer to Porsgrunn city center than Skien.
Whether you're going here or there, the bus stop is only about 100 meters away and the trip to the city is quick. But maybe you don't need to go into town as often as you used to? Borgeåsen has a good range of services, including a large grocery store, post office, pharmacy, medical center, café and hairdresser.
Green views from the living room
The apartments in stage 4 range in size from 71 to 96 m² BRA. All have good floor plans and the option of two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. The top floor is slightly recessed, providing extra-large balconies.
We have been keen for all the apartments to have close contact with nature. This has been achieved thanks to the large window areas facing balconies with glass railings. Here you can enjoy a "green view" from the living room.
