At Klosterskogen, we will create a new neighborhood in the heart of Skien. Here we will build homes that accommodate different types of people and different types of life.
The first part of the development consists of 4 apartments in a four-family house and 4 detached houses in a chain. Construction of the first homes in this area is well underway, and will be completed as early as spring 2026.

Klosterskogen Hage is an excellent starting point no matter which way you're coming from or going to. From here, you can walk to kindergarten, primary and secondary school and upper secondary school in less than 15 minutes, and it's cycling distance to most major workplaces in Skien, such as Skien city center, Myren, Gimsøy, Kjørbekk and Rødmyr. The common denominator for all the homes is a sunny and central location, private outdoor areas, flexible floor plans, large windows, water-borne underfloor heating in the living room/kitchen, as well as a carport and external sports shed. The homes will vary in size from 73 to 122 m2 BRA-i, and all will have access to green space.
The project is being developed in collaboration with Grenland Boligbyggelag, and the homes here will be organized as a housing cooperative.
