In an established residential area with a sunny and central location, there will be beautiful homes of varying sizes. From here, it is a few minutes' walk to the commercial town of Hercules and the fine recreational areas around Hjellevannet and in Fritidsparken. Skien town center is just a bike ride away.
The project is being developed in collaboration with Skien Boligbyggelag, and the homes here will be organized as housing cooperatives.
