New four-family home for sale, construction has begun!
With a super central location at Klosterskogen in Skien, we are now continuing the development of the new neighborhood.
The apartments in the first four-family house were quickly sold out, and were taken over by the homebuyers in May. Two detached houses in a row have also been sold, and now we have started construction on another four-family house. This will be completed in the spring of 2027.

Klosterskogen Hage is an excellent starting point no matter which way you come from or are going. From here you can walk to kindergarten, primary and secondary school and high school in less than a quarter of an hour, and it is cycling distance to most major workplaces in Skien, such as Skien city center, Herkules, Myren, Gimsøy, Kjørbekk and Rødmyr. And not least, Telemark Hospital is the closest neighbor.
