A new neighborhood emerges
A new neighborhood is emerging in the attractive Vestsiden area of Porsgrunn. In sunny surroundings, just a stone's throw from the river, a total of around 110 homes will be developed and built. The first 21 homes in stage 1 were quickly sold out, and the area will be further developed with semi-detached houses and apartments in future construction phases at Porsgrunn Vest.

The first 21 homes in stage 1 were completed and handed over in the summer of 2023. stage Stage 1 consists of semi-detached, terraced and detached houses, all with carports and some with roof terraces and great views of the Porsgrunn river and Porsrgunn town center. Common to all the homes are the large windows, sunny patios, practical floor plans and solar panels.
