Sentrum Terrasse consists of a total of 75 apartments at the top of Mosenteret, the new shopping center in Nittedal. All 75 apartments were sold before the takeover in February 2021.
The buyers have expressed that they are very satisfied with the solutions chosen, the follow-up they have received along the way and the quality of the work carried out. Seltor AS has been the contractor for both the homes and the center.
Walking distance to the center
Since the apartment complex is established above the new shopping center, the residents of Sentrum Terrasse have direct access to the center. This means they live within walking distance of all the center's offers and opportunities.
