Seltor Bolig has taken silver in Prognosesenteret's customer satisfaction survey (KTI) for 2021 in the best player category, and is proud to have some of the country's most satisfied housing customers.
Every year, Prognosesenteret conducts a major survey among the largest real estate developers in Norway, measuring how satisfied home buyers are with their new homes. The results for 2021 are now available, and Seltor Bolig is well up on the podium at the first attempt.
Up and nodding with the best
- "The fact that we are "up and nodding" with the best in the industry in our first year of participating in this survey is something we are very proud of," says Axel Knutson, CEO of Seltor Bolig.
It's not just the ranking that gives the employees at Seltor Bolig reason to celebrate. The industry norm is 73. So it's great that we achieve a score of 82 in our projects.
A housing developer with TÆL
Although this is the first time Seltor Bolig has measured customer satisfaction, the results are the result of many years of focusing on the needs of home buyers.
- As a home builder since the 1950s, we have always focused on satisfying our customers. We spend a lot of time and resources on good floor plans, good product choices, attractive living environments, sustainable solutions and, not least, customer follow-up. We can see the effect of this strategy in this year's KTI survey," says Axel Knutson.
Customer satisfaction is measured on a number of criteria related to both the home and the buying process itself. Knutson is particularly pleased with the results on two of them.
- Our core values at Seltor Bolig are TÆL, which stands for Security, Honesty and Long-termism. It is particularly pleasing to see that it is precisely the criteria of employees and reliability that we score the highest on. This is tangible proof that our values are firmly planted in our spinal cord.
A customer focus that runs in the family
Seltor Bolig AS is part of Seltor Gruppen AS. Both the Sentrum Terrasse project in Nittedal and Kremmerhuset Panorama in Tønsberg, which forms the basis of the result, were developed and built in close collaboration with the experienced sister company Seltor AS as a turnkey contractor.
