Seltor Bolig and Bane NOR Eiendom have signed a collaboration agreement to develop 70 seaside homes in Holmestrand.
Bane NOR Eiendom AS and Seltor Bolig AS enter into a cooperation agreement for the development of three apartment buildings with a total of 70 homes in Holmestrand. The development will take place in a jointly owned development company.

New apartments on the waterfront
The development site of 3.6 acres is located right by the beach and close to Holmestrand station. The planned housing project consists of three residential buildings of six, six and eight storeys respectively. A seafront promenade will be established along the sea, which will be part of a continuous pedestrian and bicycle system towards the city center in the south, and northwards along the disused railway track.
Sales and construction of the project is scheduled to start in mid-2021.
