A new neighborhood is emerging in one of Porsgrunn's most attractive residential areas. At Porsgrunn Vest, we will develop and build a total of around 120 detached houses, terraced houses and apartments.
The first construction phase is called Spire, and consists of 21 homes. The first 18 homes were quickly sold out, and now there are new opportunities to secure a spacious and modern detached house in this new neighborhood.
We are now starting the sale of the last 3 homes in this first stage of construction. Homes 19, 20 and 21 will be built over three floors, with the top floor being partially recessed. Living areas such as the living room/kitchen are continuous and provide the experience of "air" and light. Sunny outdoor spaces have been a major focus area in the project, and in addition to a garden, each home will have a 25 m2 terrace on the ground floor, a balcony adjacent to the living room on the second floor, and a roof terrace of 40 m2! All detached houses will have 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a living room/living room in addition to the spacious living room and kitchen, laundry room/storage room and a garage. Home no. 21 will also have a carport.
The project is being developed in collaboration with Skien Boligbyggelag. Members of Skien Boligbyggelag have until August 23 at 12.00 noon to register their right of first refusal.
