Construction has started and well over half of the apartments in stage 1 have already been sold. Soon stage 2 will be available for sale.
Strandholmen stage 1 - Construction has started
In March, it was decided to start construction on the first of three building stages at Strandholmen in Holmestrand, and we are pleased that there is now full activity on the site where the project will be built. In total, the project will consist of approximately 70 apartments in three construction phases. All buildings will have a magnificent location on the waterfront, with a few meters walk to Holmestrand station and a short walk to the city center.
The project is being developed in collaboration with Bane Nor Eiendom, and Seltor AS has been selected as the contractor. The first 23 apartments are scheduled to move in before Christmas in 2023. Well over half of the apartments have been sold. However, there are still plenty of opportunities to secure a nice home in this phase of construction, and there are various apartment types and sizes left.
Strandholmen stage 2 - Coming for sale
stage 1 was well received, and we are now in full swing planning for the start of sales of stage 2. This building will consist of 22 apartments, and is largely "shod over the same block" as stage 1. However, there will be some variations, and floor plans and price information will be posted on an ongoing basis once this has been finally decided. We plan to start sales in early summer, and aim to announce the right of first refusal in May. Anyone can buy a home in Strandholmen stage 2, but members of Usbl have the right of first refusal in the project.
