Seltor continues its growth in Telemark and buys a large development property where older businesses will be removed and make room for approx. 130 homes.
Seltor Bolig has big plans for the property they have bought at Ulefossvegen 48, near Herkules shopping centre. A revised zoning plan will now be drawn up which will take into account the municipal plan for the area and the guidelines that are located there in order to increase the utilization of the property. Seltor Bolig assumes that there will be around 130 homes in total in the project, and these will be developed in several building stages.
Adm.dir. in the Seltor group, Stian Råmuddal, says that it has been a long time since work was done to reach an agreement on the purchase of this great property with an excellent location in Skien.
The property has several natural qualities that are very attractive; the site is located in the first row towards Hjellevannet and the Telemark Canal, and the hiking trail around the water runs right past the new project. Furthermore, it is very sunny on the plot and there are beautiful park-like areas as the nearest neighbor to the west. The proximity to Herkules, Telemark's largest shopping centre, will also be a big plus for future residents.
