On Friday, November 5, the first of three new building phases was launched at the popular Strandholmen site in Holmestrand.
Seltor Bolig and Bane Nor Eiendom are behind the development of the project, and Seltor AS has been chosen as the contractor. Experienced project developers have worked to create an apartment project that is optimized in terms of function and design, sunlight and views.
Sea views and smart solutions
Building stage 1 will consist of 23 beautiful apartments in a fantastic location, close to the sea and central Holmestrand, within walking distance to the beach, park areas, Holmestrand station and the town center. There will be apartments from 57 m2 to 115 m2 with large windows, practical floor plans and great qualities. The majority will have magnificent sea views, and all balconies will be glazed. At the top of the building, there will be a shared roof terrace for the benefit of all residents. The basement floor will have a garage facility with storage rooms and an elevator to the floors.
Members of USBL have the right of first refusal for the homes. The deadline for registering a right of first refusal with a purchase offer is Tuesday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m.
