With an autumn that has been characterized by a challenging housing market, it is particularly gratifying to be able to report good sales results for Strandholmen. Construction of another sales stage is now starting.
Construction of stage 2 is underway!
Construction of Strandholmen stage 1 and the shared garage facility is well underway, and it has now also been decided to launch stage 2. The project, which is being developed in collaboration with Bane Nor Eiendom, will consist of a total of around 70 apartments in three construction phases. Seltor is the contractor for the project.
We are delighted with the positive reception this project has received. Despite a turbulent autumn in the housing market in general, with many postponed sales launches, interest and sales results at Strandholmen have been very good.
First move-in in 2023
The first construction phase is scheduled to move in in the fall of 2023. Only a few apartments remain available. In stage 2, there are still several great apartments left with varying sizes and designs.
The Strandholmen residential project will enjoy a sunny and magnificent location on the waterfront, just a few meters from Holmestrand station and a short walk to the city center. Morning dew can be enjoyed just outside the front door. Shared roof terrace, glazed balconies, great sea views for most and several apartments throughout are some of the things future residents can look forward to.
stage 3 will be available for sale
With the great interest we are experiencing in this project, Seltor Bolig and BaneNOR Eiendom are now in full swing planning for the start of sales of stage 3. The sales start for the last construction phase is planned for the first half of 2023.
