Construction of the fourth and final building phase at Borgeåsen in Skien is well underway. Seltor reports that the concrete work has now been completed and the roofing is underway.
The plan is for the building to be sealed before the holidays. Work on the walls for the shafts and bathrooms inside the 16 apartments has begun, and the plumber and electrician are now working on installing equipment.
